The Breaks, Decoration Ghost, The Bastages
More rock from dudes who shouldn't rock so hard, given their extremely advanced ages, yet they persist. The Breaks make glammy new-wave; their frontman is ex-What Peggy Wants singer John Ensslin, and their guitarist is Pittsboro amplifier genius Steve Carr.
The Bastages are a new Durham punkrock group started by one Mr. Danny Hooley, aka Danny Hooligan of 80s Durham hardcore band the Ugly Americans.
Decoration Ghost are the younguns on the bill, inasmuch as most of them are on the south side of 40. They're a Greensboro supergroup featuring ex-members of Manamid, Kudzu Wish & others.
